Goregeous colours, they are on the list for when I get the beds around the patio sorted. But that depends on us getting the patio sorted. Which we are quite confused about. Ah well, in the mean time I will enjoy yours!
Sorting patios sounds like hard, expensive work, not like planting day lilies ! They have fantastic architectural foliage when not in flower, which is equivalent to lots of plants chosen for foliage alone, like Phormiums. We have a lot in pots too, and they seem to thrive !

DeleteYour lilies are stunning! I have the same problem. I can't remember variety names and I always lose the labels...Happy gardening!

ReplyDeleteMuch like you, I have a tendency to focus on the stamen, stigma and anthers when I photograph flowers. Such bright and gay Day Lilies.
